How to report a warranty issue?

If you need to report defective products, please follow our standard RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure:

1. Send an email to wholesale (at) marketcom (d0t) eu including the following details:

  • Product SKU ID

  • Date of purchase and your order ID

  • A detailed description of the reported issue (we need to reproduce the problem)

2. If you have multiple products to report, please fill out the Excel file linked below and attach it to your email to our support team wholesale (at) marketcom (d0t) eu.

3. Return the defective products to the following address:

MarketCom Kft.
Kánai út 3. A/B
1112 Budapest, Hungary

4. Please allow a few days for our technical team to test the returned items.

5. If the RMA is approved, and the defect is covered under warranty, we will add replacement product(s) to your next shipment.
