MarketCom Warranty Policy for Wholesale Partners
Instead of the 1-year standard warranty period required by law, MarketCom offers a minimum of 1 year and 3 months warranty period for all distributed products to its wholesale partners (resellers and installers).
Some of our manufacturing partners may voluntarily provide a longer factory warranty for certain product categories, based on their own warranty terms.

If you have a product reported as defective...
If you have a product reported as defective by your customer:
make sure, that you received a meaningful description of the problem,
if the product does not work at all: check this troubleshooting guide,
also check our Troubleshooting articles in this knowledge base for Shelly, eWeLink (Sonoff / SmartWise) and Aqara products,
and if no solution is found, then continue to submit a warranty report.
